How do Citadel credits work?

Credits unlock paid product runs on your account. You purchase packs through Stripe checkout; credits attach after payment confirmation. Each product shows the required credits before you start.

What does Profile Signal Audit cost?

A full Profile Signal Audit currently uses 15 credits. Pack pricing is shown on this page and in checkout—confirm the quote in the product UI before the audit runs.

What does Message Risk Audit cost?

Message Risk Audit currently uses 5 credits. The quote appears before analysis starts on the paid console.

What does Profile Forge cost?

Forge is downstream of a completed Profile Signal Audit. When eligible, the product quotes one identity-safe image output (currently 8 credits) before activation. Forge is not a standalone public generator.

Do I get a quote before I am charged?

Yes. Product pages show the credit cost and your balance check before a paid run. Storefront checkout displays the pack price and credit amount before Stripe payment.

What happens if a paid run fails before delivery?

If a paid AI analysis fails before delivery and the product path supports automated protection, The Citadel attempts a scoped credit refund per our terms. Completed reports are generally not refundable.

Is a subscription required?

No subscription is required for one-time credit packs. If a recurring Citadel Protocol option appears on this page, it is optional and billed separately through Stripe Checkout.
