1. Digital Products

The Citadel offers digital analysis products including Profile Analysis (Roast) and Flake Detector. All products are delivered instantly upon successful payment.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-delivery nature of our digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and delivered.

If you experience technical issues preventing product delivery, contact support within 24 hours of purchase for assistance.

3. Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an access key. This key can be redeemed once within 30 days of purchase. Unused keys expire after this period.

4. Pricing
