Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

The Citadel offers digital analysis products including Profile Signal Audit (Roast), Message Risk Audit, and eligible Profile Forge actions. Products are delivered digitally after successful payment confirmation and processing.

2. Refund Policy

Digital analyses are consumed as they run, so completed analyses are generally not refundable. If a paid AI analysis fails before delivery and the product path supports automated protection, The Citadel attempts a scoped credit refund.

These are digital services delivered to your account. Return shipping and physical return methods do not apply. Once a report is delivered, the purchase is final except where a documented technical failure occurred before delivery.

If you experience a payment or delivery issue that is not resolved automatically, contact support for review.

3. Product Delivery

Credits and subscription allotments are attached to your account after Stripe confirms payment and the payment webhook completes. Audits consume credits when they are started.

4. Pricing

• Profile Signal Audit: 15 credits per audit run; the current 15-credit entry pack is $14.99. Live pack prices are listed at checkout and on /pricing. Quotes are shown before credits deduct.
• Message Risk Audit: 5 credits, currently $1.65.
• Profile Forge: quoted before activation inside eligible reports.
